In conjunction with Guildford Astronomical Society, we are hosting 60 Primary School students here at The Warwick School, Redhill.
We have organised several activities for the students including;
A show in a SEPNET (South East Physics Network) Astrodome to watch the”We Are Astronomers” show
Solar viewing courtesy of members of Guildford Astronomical Society bringing specialist solar telescopes
Practical classroom sessions on examining how craters are formed – plus “Making a Comet”
A classroom rocketry session
