We are holding a daytime and evening observing event, where you will have
the opportunity to safely view the Sun with our solar viewing equipment,
then later see Jupiter and other interesting astronomical objects using the
society’s large range of telescopes.
There will be a display of telescopes inside and the chance to drive our Lunar
and Mars Rovers along with many members available to answer any
(astronomical) questions you may have.
Admission is FREE, under 16’s must be joined by an adult
Observing will depend on the weather, but the indoor activities will take place anyway.
